These terms govern use of the wealthovation.com website and of software tools Wealthovation Global provides to its clients, including the QuickBooks Online connector "Wealthovation Xola Sync" (the "Application").
1. Who we are
Wealthovation Global is an accounting and finance services firm in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India, operated by CA Abhishek Sachdeva, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Professional services are delivered under a separate engagement letter; these terms supplement, and do not replace, that engagement letter.
2. The Application
The Application is used by Wealthovation on behalf of clients who have engaged us for bookkeeping services. It connects to the client's QuickBooks Online company using Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorisation, reads booking and payout data supplied by the client, and creates or updates invoices and customer payments in QuickBooks. It is not offered to the public and is not sold separately.
3. Licence
We grant the client a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to have the Application operate on their QuickBooks Online company for the duration of the engagement. The client may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute the Application. All intellectual property in the Application remains with Wealthovation Global.
4. Client responsibilities
The client must have authority to grant access to the QuickBooks Online company, must provide accurate source data, and must review the postings we make. The client may revoke the Application's access at any time from QuickBooks → Apps → Manage apps or from https://myapps.intuit.com; postings already made remain in the client's books unless we are instructed to reverse them.
5. Intuit and third-party services
QuickBooks Online is provided by Intuit Inc. under Intuit's own terms. Wealthovation Global is not affiliated with Intuit. We are not responsible for the availability of, or changes to, QuickBooks Online or any booking or payment platform the client uses.
6. Data
Our handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy at https://wealthovation.com/privacy-policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Warranties and liability
The Application is provided "as is". We take reasonable professional care but do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Application is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law or under the regulations of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
8. Termination
Either party may end the licence on written notice. On termination we revoke our access tokens and stop all postings.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
