Wealthovation Global ("we", "us") is an accounting and finance services firm based in Sri Ganganagar, Rajasthan, India, operated by CA Abhishek Sachdeva. This policy explains how we handle personal and business data, including data we access through software integrations such as our QuickBooks Online connector ("Wealthovation Xola Sync").
1. Data we collect
Through this website. Contact details you submit through forms or email (name, email address, phone number, company name, and the content of your message). We use standard analytics that record page views and approximate location; no advertising trackers are used.
Through client engagements. Financial records you or your systems provide to us for bookkeeping, tax, CFO or compliance work — invoices, payments, bank and payment-platform statements, payroll and tax filings.
Through the QuickBooks Online integration. When a client authorises our application to connect to their QuickBooks Online company, we access only the accounting data needed for the agreed engagement: customers, invoices, payments, deposits, accounts and items. The application reads booking and payout data exported from the client's booking platform and creates or updates invoices and customer payments in QuickBooks on the client's behalf. We do not access QuickBooks Payments card data, and we do not sell or share QuickBooks data with any third party.
2. How we use data
To deliver the accounting, bookkeeping, tax and advisory services the client has engaged us for; to respond to enquiries; to meet our professional and legal obligations as a Chartered Accountancy practice; and to maintain the security of our systems.
3. Where data is stored and for how long
Data accessed through the QuickBooks integration is processed on Wealthovation-controlled computers and is not stored on third-party servers other than QuickBooks Online itself and the client's own booking platform. OAuth access tokens are stored encrypted on those computers and are revoked when an engagement ends or on the client's request. Working papers are retained for the period required by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and applicable law, and then deleted.
4. Sharing
We share data only with the client who owns it, with sub-processors strictly necessary to provide the service (QuickBooks Online / Intuit, and the client's own booking and payment platforms), and where required by law or professional regulation. We never sell personal data.
5. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to disconnect the QuickBooks integration, by emailing contact@wealthovation.com. A QuickBooks company administrator can also revoke our application's access at any time from QuickBooks → Apps → Manage apps, or from https://myapps.intuit.com.
6. Security
Access to client data is limited to Wealthovation staff working on that engagement, protected by multi-factor authentication, and transmitted only over encrypted connections.
